Hydroseeding is an all-in-one method containing seed, fertilizer, mulch & a tackifier that is sprayed onto your desired area using a pump connected to a tank holding the mix. With the use of our proper blends and tackifiers it provides immediate erosion control and curb appeal.

Site Preparation & How It Works
Your site should be dressed with a min. of 3-4” of topsoil for the best results. The site should be as level as possible and any debris removed including weeds. Our affiliated company Southside Bobcat Services can provide this service to you.
The mixture keeps the seed and fertilizer in place and the soil moist as it is saturated with water. This dense mixture allows the operator to reach areas far from the machine using the spray tower.
When it’s applied to the soil, the slurry forms a blanket that keeps the seed in place and retains the moisture resulting in quicker seed germination. The special fertilizer that is used promotes the root growth and the tackifier acts like a glue to hold everything in place to prevent wash out by rains or blown away from the wind.
